General Terms1. I am human and have a life outside of doing commissions; I do my best to message and keep you updated. Any attempts at rushing or harassment will not be tolerated, and your commission will be terminated.
2. Be sure to message me back as often as you can. I understand if life gets in the way, but if you do not respond to my message without explanation, I will terminate your commission at my discretion.
3. The wait time for a commission will vary depending on how complicated the drawing is. Please keep this in mind as I work at my own pace! I will do my best to mention any setbacks that may occur, though if you attempt to rush me, I will terminate the commission.
4. I have the right and prerogative to deny a commission request for ANY reason. I am firm in what work I will and will not produce; please respect that.
5. You are not permitted to use any part of the commission process for machine learning.Payment Terms
. I only accept payments in USD via PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo. Virtual payments such as Discord Nitro subscriptions, Robux, Xbox Game Passes, etc., will NOT be accepted.
2. I do not offer refunds. If you have problems with the piece, they must be communicated during the commission process. I’m happy to change anything you need until you’re satisfied with the drawing.
3. I require 50% of the commission price BEFORE and AFTER the commission process. This holds me, the artist, accountable for producing your order and you, the patron, responsible for proper and complete payment.
4. I will NOT start working on the drawing until I get paid beforehand, so messaging me and not paying will result in no work.

NSFW Policy
1. I do permit NSFW commissions; however, I will not draw bodily excrement, incestuous pairings, bestiality, or underage characters in sexual situations.
2. I'm okay with drawing you and another person so long as you can prove that this order is done with consent from both parties. If I find out you are lying and/or fabricated proof of consent, you will be immediately blacklisted.
3. Anything pedophilic in nature is not permitted and will result in an immediate blacklist.
4. Any request to depict sexual assault (including consensual non-consent) will result in an instant blacklist.
Posting Policy
1. By commissioning me, you agree to use your commission in my portfolio as promotional material.
2. Do not claim my artwork as your own. You are permitted to post your finished commission to social media with proper credits by tagging me, including my account in the description, and leaving my digital signature untouched and visible. If you are found to be claiming my art as your own, I request you remove your post or pursue legal action.
3. If you see anyone else claiming my art as their own, please inform me so I can take the necessary actions.
4. Do NOT feed my artwork into A.I training programs either.

Celebrity Policy
As a fan of K-pop, I will happily draw idols; however, pairing of idols and celebrities romantically or sexually will not be allowed.
NSFW is permitted if it adheres to the aforementioned NSFW Policy.Commission Process
1. Please be as clear and detailed as possible with your commission. Being vague and not giving a clear answer may result in poor quality. I can not read your mind and need to know what you want so you are satisfied with the outcome.
2. I do not have a limit to the number of people in a drawing, which means the drawing will take much longer. Please be understanding of this.
3. To make your work as clear and crisp as possible, I will submit the final product as a direct PDF or through Google Drive
